
Hard Sauce
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 1/2 quart confectioners sugar, (2 pounds)
- evaporated milk
- 4 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
- Cream butter, add confectioners sugar and blend thoroughly.
- Add undiluted evaporated milk slowly until mixture is light and fluffy.
- About a cup milk will be necessary.
- Add vanilla.
- Keep cold until ready to serve.
