Ham Timbales

Ingredients

  • 1 cup ground cooked ham
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/3 cup soft bread crumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup milk

Directions

  1. Mix the ham, salt, crumbs and paprika.
  2. Add the egg, well beaten, and the milk.
  3. Pour into a well-buttered tin or aluminum individual moulds.
  4. Place in a pan of hot water and bake in a moderate oven for thirty minutes.
  5. Unmould on a platter.
  6. Serve hot or cold.
