Ham Slices With Asparagus

Ingredients

  • 6 ham, slices
  • 1 glass madeira
  • tomato puree
  • brown sauce

Directions

  1. Cut slices of cooked ham and warm in a glass of madeira.
  2. Pour in some thick tomato puree and a little good brown sauce.
  3. Season and turn pan on stove till mixture is hot.
  4. Serve with cold dressed asparagus.
