Ham Slices With Asparagus
Ingredients
- 6 ham, slices
- 1 glass madeira
- tomato puree
- brown sauce
Directions
- Cut slices of cooked ham and warm in a glass of madeira.
- Pour in some thick tomato puree and a little good brown sauce.
- Season and turn pan on stove till mixture is hot.
- Serve with cold dressed asparagus.
