Halibut Steak

Ingredients

  • 2/3 pound halibut, steak
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3 teaspoon flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika

Directions

  1. Wash one pound of halibut steak and wipe dry.
  2. Cut in two pieces.
  3. Roll in flour, and cook ten minutes in a frying pan in hot fat.
  4. Brown on one side, and then on the other.
  5. Season with salt and paprika.
  6. Serve very hot.
