Gravy

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoon fat, from frying-pan
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 6 tablespoon four
  • 1 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon parsley, chopped

Directions

  1. Loosen the pieces of chicken which have stuck to the frying pan, add the butter, stir constantly until the butter “bubbles,” add the flour, salt and paprika.
  2. Mix thoroughly.
  3. Add the milk slowly, cook for two minutes, add the chopped parsley and pour the gravy into a gravy bowl for serving.
