Gluten Bread

Ingredients

  • 1 cup gluten flour
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1/4 cup bran
  • 1 teaspoon melted butter

Directions

  1. Mix the flour, baking powder, salt, bran and sugar.
  2. Add the milk and water.
  3. Beat vigorously for one minute and then add the butter.
  4. Pour into a well-buttered bread pan and bake forty minutes in a moderate oven.
