Ingredients

  • 1 scrambled egg
  • seasoning
  • 2 ounce cooked smoked haddock
  • rounds of toast
  • capers

Directions

  1. Mix together the egg and haddock, and season to taste.
  2. Pile on to the toast, and decorate each with capers.
