Creamed Cauliflower

Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 4 cup water
  • 1 cup vegetable white sauce

Directions

  1. Separate cauliflower into sections, wash well and cook in boiling salted water until tender.
  2. (About half an hour.
  3. ) Drain and cover with vegetable white sauce.
