Creamed Carrots and Peas

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup cooked, diced carrots
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/4 cup peas
  • 1 tablespoon four
  • 1/2 cup milk

Directions

  1. Melt the butter, add the flour and salt, gradually add the milk.
  2. Cook two minutes.
  3. Add the peas and carrots.
  4. Serve very hot.
