Creamed Carrots and Peas
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup cooked, diced carrots
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/4 cup peas
- 1 tablespoon four
- 1/2 cup milk
Directions
- Melt the butter, add the flour and salt, gradually add the milk.
- Cook two minutes.
- Add the peas and carrots.
- Serve very hot.
