Corn Pudding

Ingredients

  • 16 eggs
  • 2 2/3 tablespoon salt, (1 1/3 ounces)
  • 13 1/3 cup evaporated milk
  • 3 tablespoon grated onion
  • 1/16 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 gallon fresh or canned corn

Directions

  1. Beat eggs.
  2. Add remaining ingredients.
  3. One quart chopped green peppers or grated cheese may be added.
  4. Pour into buttered, shallow baking dishes.
  5. Bake in a slow oven (325f) until firm, about 1 hour.
