Corn Pudding
Ingredients
- 16 eggs
- 2 2/3 tablespoon salt, (1 1/3 ounces)
- 13 1/3 cup evaporated milk
- 3 tablespoon grated onion
- 1/16 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 gallon fresh or canned corn
Directions
- Beat eggs.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- One quart chopped green peppers or grated cheese may be added.
- Pour into buttered, shallow baking dishes.
- Bake in a slow oven (325f) until firm, about 1 hour.
