Cherry Pudding III

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup cherries, pitted

Directions

  1. Cream together the butter and sugar and add the egg then beat well.
  2. Sift the flour and baking powder and add alternately with the milk.
  3. Blend well, flour the cherries and stir in.
  4. Pour batter into a baking dish and bake in moderate oven (350f) for 30 mins.
  5. Serve with plain or whipped cream.
