Cheese Torte - Crust
Ingredients
- 6 ounce zwieback
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
Directions
- Crush zweiback into fine crumbs and mix with sugar, cinnamon and butter.
- Set aside 3/4 cup of mixture to sprinkle on top of torte.
- Butter a 9" spring form pan well and press mixture on sides and bottom of pan (buttering the pan helps make mixture stick to sides).
