Cheese Torte - Crust

Ingredients

  • 6 ounce zwieback
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted

Directions

  1. Crush zweiback into fine crumbs and mix with sugar, cinnamon and butter.
  2. Set aside 3/4 cup of mixture to sprinkle on top of torte.
  3. Butter a 9" spring form pan well and press mixture on sides and bottom of pan (buttering the pan helps make mixture stick to sides).
