Cheese Straws III

Ingredients

  • cheese pastry

Directions

  1. Roll out pastry thinly and cut into fingers, measuring about 3 inches long and 1/4 inch wide.
  2. Stamp a few rings out of the pastry, using two cutters, and bake all in a hot oven for about 10 minutes.
  3. When cold, the straws may be stacked inside the rings.
