Cheese and Mushroom Turnovers
Ingredients
- 1 ounce margarine
- seasoning
- 2 ounce cheese
- 2 ounce cooked mushrooms
- 1 egg
- 4 ounce flaky pastry
Directions
- Melt the margarine in a pan and add the cheese, beaten egg and seasoning.
- Stir over a gentle heat until the mixture thickens, add the mushrooms and allow to cool.
- Roll the pastry out thinly and cut into small rounds, place a little of the mixture on each, wet the edges, fold in half and press.
- Bake in a hot oven for 10-15 minutes.
