Champagne Cup



  1. Place the ice in a large jug and add the ingredients in the above order.
  2. Stir well, and decorate with slices of fruit in season.
  3. Hock cup variation: substituting hock for champagne, and omitting the abricotine.
  4. Claret cup variation: substituting claret for champagne, and a little lemon juice for the abricotine.
