- 1 large piece ice
- 4 tablespoon abricotine
- 2 tablespoon Curaçao
- 2 tablespoon brandy
- 1 bottle champagne
- 1 bottle soda water
- Place the ice in a large jug and add the ingredients in the above order.
- Stir well, and decorate with slices of fruit in season.
- Hock cup variation: substituting hock for champagne, and omitting the abricotine.
- Claret cup variation: substituting claret for champagne, and a little lemon juice for the abricotine.
