Broiled Halibut Supreme

Ingredients

  • 1-inch slices of halibut
  • 1 tablespoon grated onion
  • 3 tablespoon melted butter
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • paprika
  • parsley

Directions

  1. Arrange halibut steaks in shallow pyrex baking dish, and pour over them the remaining sauce.
  2. Broil until tender (about 15 minutes).
  3. Do not turn steaks.
  4. Garnish with paprika and parsley before serving.
