Boiled Souffle
Ingredients
- 1/4 pound butter
- 1/4 pound sugar
- 5 eggs, yolks and whites
- 1 lemon juice
Directions
- Melt butter, sugar and yolks of the eggs together and stir till cold.
- Add all the whites and the juice of one very large lemon.
- Beat all up and put in a mould.
- Set in a pan of boiling water and boil i hour.
- Serve with foamy sauce.
