Beet And Apple Salad
Ingredients
- 2 cup apples, diced
- 2 hard boiled eggs
- 2 cup cooked beets, diced
- 1/2 cup salad dressing
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts
- parsley
Directions
- Mix the apples, beets, and chopped eggs.
- Add salad dressing (see grandma's salad dressing).
- Mix and garnish with chopped nuts and parsley.
