Baked Rice with Cheese

Ingredients

  • 1/4 pound grated cheese
  • 3/4 cup sweet milk
  • 1 cup steamed brown rice
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Directions

  1. Separate the whites and yolks of the eggs.
  2. Beat the yolks and stir into them the cheese, rice, milk and butter.
  3. Lastly fold in the beaten whites.
  4. Make into patties and bake 20 minutes.
