Backbones Farm Style

Ingredients

  • 2 1/4 pound country style backbones
  • pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Brown country style backbones.
  2. Add seasoning, cover and cook in a moderate oven (350° f) for about 1 1/2 to 2 hours or until well-done.
  3. Pork always requires thorough cooking at moderate temperature to bring out the full rich flavor.
Note: Serve with Browned Potatoes, Apple and Celery Salad
