Backbones Farm Style
Ingredients
- 2 1/4 pound country style backbones
- pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions
- Brown country style backbones.
- Add seasoning, cover and cook in a moderate oven (350° f) for about 1 1/2 to 2 hours or until well-done.
- Pork always requires thorough cooking at moderate temperature to bring out the full rich flavor.
