Asparagus Salad Dressing
Ingredients
- 4 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon cottage cheese
Directions
- Beat the oil, and add the lemon juice slowly.
- Add the salt and paprika.
- Beat one minute.
- Add the cheese.
- Serve very cold, poured over the asparagus salad.
