Tomato Salad

Ingredients

  • 4 slices tomato, 1/2 inch thick
  • 1 teaspoon celery salt
  • 3 tablespoon chopped green pepper
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 pieces lettuce

Directions

  1. Mix the salt, paprika, celery salt, olive oil and lemon juice.
  2. Beat one minute.
  3. Add the tomatoes and green pepper.
  4. Place in the ice box for half an hour.
  5. Arrange the lettuce leaves on salad plates.
  6. Place two slices of tomato on each portion.
  7. Pour the oil mixture over the tomatoes.
