Tomato Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 pound mutton
  • 1/2 pound potatoes
  • 1 pound tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup stock
  • 1/2 onion
  • pepper, to taste
  • salt, to taste

Directions

  1. Cut the meat into neat pieces, add the potatoes and onion sliced, and cover with sliced tomato.
  2. Add the stock and seasoning, make a short crust and bake about 1/2 hour.
