Potato Rosettes

Ingredients

  • 3 cup mashed potatoes
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoon milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 tablespoon butter

Directions

  1. Mix potatoes, milk, salt, paprika and butter.
  2. Beat one minute.
  3. Place the hot potato mixture in a pastry bag and press rosettes on a flat buttered tin pan three inches apart.
  4. Set in a moderate oven twenty minutes to brown.
  5. Remove from the pan with a spatula.
