Peanut-Tomato Soup
Ingredients
- 2 cup water, if possible, use water in which hominy or rice was cooked
- 2 cup strained tomatoes
- 4 tablespoon peanut butter
- 1 - 2 tablespoon cornstarch, (according to the consistency desired)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Directions
- Cook on stove.
