Peanut-Tomato Soup

Ingredients

  • 2 cup water, if possible, use water in which hominy or rice was cooked
  • 2 cup strained tomatoes
  • 4 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1 - 2 tablespoon cornstarch, (according to the consistency desired)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Directions

  1. Cook on stove.
