Overnight Salad

Ingredients

  • 4 egg yolks
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon mustard
  • 1 lemon juice
  • 1 pint whipping cream
  • 1 large can drained pineapple
  • 1 large can drained white cherries
  • 30 marshmallows, cut in small pieces

Directions

  1. Cook egg yolks, salt, mustard, and lemon juice until thick.
  2. Cool.
  3. Whip the cream and add to above.
  4. Add the pineapple, cherries and marshmallows.
  5. Refrigerate overnight.
