
Mint Cocktail
Ingredients
- 10 ounce broken ice
- 1/4 cup creme de menthe, or peppermint cordial
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1 dash Angostura bitters
- 2 sprigs mint
- 6 tablespoon soda water
- sliced fresh fruit
Directions
- Shake together the ice, creme de menthe, lime juice, bitters and mint, and strain into a tumbler.
- Fill up with the soda water, and serve with slices of fruit on top.
