Ingredients
- 2 ounce finely chopped ham
- Small round biscuits, or pastry rounds
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- Seasoning
- 2 hard-boiled eggs
Directions
- Mix together the ham, mayonnaise and seasoning, and spread the mixture on the biscuits.
- Separate the white and the yolk of the hard-boiled eggs, and cut the white in pieces with a small cutter, to represent petals.
- Sieve the egg yolk and place in the centre of the ham mixture, then arrange the petals round.
