Ingredients

  • 2 ounce finely chopped ham
  • Small round biscuits, or pastry rounds
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • Seasoning
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs

Directions

  1. Mix together the ham, mayonnaise and seasoning, and spread the mixture on the biscuits.
  2. Separate the white and the yolk of the hard-boiled eggs, and cut the white in pieces with a small cutter, to represent petals.
  3. Sieve the egg yolk and place in the centre of the ham mixture, then arrange the petals round.
