Escalloped Onions
Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked onions
- 3 tablespoon fresh bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup vegetable white sauce
- 2 tablespoon butter
Directions
- Mix the onions with the white sauce and pour into a buttered baking dish.
- Melt the butter and add the fresh bread crumbs.
- Place the buttered crumbs on top of the onions.
- Brown the mixture in the oven (about fifteen minutes).
