Cucumber and Radish Salad
Ingredients
- 1 cup diced cucumbers
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup diced radishes
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 teaspoon chopped onion
- 4 tablespoon salad dressing
- 4 lettuce, leaves
Directions
- Mix the cucumbers, radishes, onions, salt and pepper.
- Add salad dressing.
- Serve on lettuce leaves.
