Cream of Asparagus Soup
Ingredients
- 9 tablespoon flour
- 4 cup strained asparagus, pulp
- 5 cup milk
- 2 teaspoon salt
- 7 tablespoon butter
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
Directions
- Melt the butter, add the flour, salt and paprika.
- Mix well, and gradually add the milk and asparagus.
- Cook until slightly thick, about two minutes.
- Serve hot.
