Cream of Asparagus Soup

Ingredients

  • 9 tablespoon flour
  • 4 cup strained asparagus, pulp
  • 5 cup milk
  • 2 teaspoon salt
  • 7 tablespoon butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika

Directions

  1. Melt the butter, add the flour, salt and paprika.
  2. Mix well, and gradually add the milk and asparagus.
  3. Cook until slightly thick, about two minutes.
  4. Serve hot.
