Cream Fudge

Ingredients

  • 1 pound old fashioned brown sugar
  • 1/2 pint of cream

Directions

  1. Boil together until a soft ball forms when tried in cold water, take from fire and beat well with a wooden spoon until creamy looking and thick—pour on to a buttered dish.
  2. Dust before it is cold mark into squares and when it is quite cold break into pieces.
