Chocolate Frosting

Ingredients

  • 6 squares bitter chocolate, (6 ounces)
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • 1 cup evaporated milk

Directions

  1. Melt chocolate over hot water.
  2. Add salt, vanilla and milk.
  3. Sift in sugar, about a cupful at a time, stirring to blend well.
