Chicken a la King II

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 1/3 cup chopped chicken
  • 2/3 cup chopped mushrooms
  • 1 tablespoon minced pimento
  • 2 cup thin white sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Directions

  1. Melt butter in a pan with mushrooms.
  2. Fry five minutes.
  3. Add 2 cups thin white sauce.
  4. Add the boneless chicken and pimento.
  5. Season, serve on toast.
