Butterflies

Ingredients

  • 2 oz cheese pastry
  • finely chopped parsley
  • cream cheese
  • paprika, pepper
  • a little milk

Directions

  1. Roll the pastry out thinly and cut into small rounds; cut half the rounds into two.
  2. Bake in a hot oven for 10-15 minutes.
  3. Mix the cheese to a piping consistency with the milk, and pipe a large star on to each round.
  4. Set two half-biscuits in the cheese to form "wings," and decorate with chopped parsley and paprika pepper.
