Boiled Sponge Cake

Directions

  1. Pour sugar water slowly over the beaten whites and yelks, stirring while pouring.
  2. When cool, add sifted flour (stir, not beat).
  3. Flavor to taste.
  4. Bake in a long pan twenty-five or thirty minutes in a very slow oven.
