Bettina's Scrambled Eggs

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoon ham, cooked and cut fine
  • 1 teaspoon onions, cut fine
  • 2 tablespoon milk
  • 1/8 teaspoon celery salt
  • 1/2 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon chopped pimento
  • 1/3 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon green pepper, chopped
  • 1/8 teaspoon paprika

Directions

  1. Melt the butter in a frying-pan, and when hot, add the onions, pimento and green pepper.
  2. Let cook slowly one minute.
  3. Beat the egg, add the milk, celery salt, salt, paprika and chopped ham.
  4. Add the mixture to that in the frying-pan.
  5. Cook, stirring until it is thick and creamy, about two min- utes.
  6. Serve immediately on a hot platter.
