Beef and Tomato Soup
Ingredients
- 1 can tomatoes
- shredded lettuce
- 4 cup beef stock
- 1 small onion
Directions
- Cook juice of can of tomatoes and sliced onion together for about a half hour.
- Strain and add the beef stock and shredded lettuce.
- Allow to boil slowly for ten or fifteen minutes.
- Serve with croutons.
