Baked Tomatoes
Ingredients
- tomatoes
- bread crumbs
- pepper
- salt
- marjoram
Directions
- Hollow out centre (half way) of each tomato.
- Season bread crumbs with pepper, salt, and sweet marjoram, and butter well rubbed through.
- Fill hollowed-out part of each tomato with the seasoned bread crumbs.
- Bake in hot oven until thoroughly soft.
