Baked Tomatoes

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Hollow out centre (half way) of each tomato.
  2. Season bread crumbs with pepper, salt, and sweet marjoram, and butter well rubbed through.
  3. Fill hollowed-out part of each tomato with the seasoned bread crumbs.
  4. Bake in hot oven until thoroughly soft.
