Vegetable Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1/2 teaspoon celery salt
  • 12 slices of cucumber
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 4 tablespoon cottage cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 8 pieces of lettuce

Directions

  1. Arrange two pieces of lettuce on each salad plate.
  2. Cut the tomatoes in half and arrange on the lettuce.
  3. Place three slices of cucumber on each piece of tomato.
  4. Add a tablespoon of cheese to each portion.
  5. Sprinkle with celery salt, salt and paprika.
  6. Serve at once with french dressing.
