Tuna Noodle Crunch

Ingredients

  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 can tuna, flakes
  • 1 box frozen green peas, cooked
  • 1/2 cup chopped ripe olives
  • 1/2 cup chopped cashews
  • 3 -1/2 cup Chinese noodles

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375f.
  2. Mix beaten egg, mushroom soup, milk, and tuna flakes.
  3. Add cooked peas, olives, cashes, and noodles.
  4. Place mixture in a greased casserole and garnish with ripe olives and chinese noodles.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes.
