Tuna Noodle Crunch
Ingredients
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 can tuna, flakes
- 1 box frozen green peas, cooked
- 1/2 cup chopped ripe olives
- 1/2 cup chopped cashews
- 3 -1/2 cup Chinese noodles
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375f.
- Mix beaten egg, mushroom soup, milk, and tuna flakes.
- Add cooked peas, olives, cashes, and noodles.
- Place mixture in a greased casserole and garnish with ripe olives and chinese noodles.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
