Pie Mix
Ingredients
- 6 cup flour
- 4 teaspoon salt
- 2 cup lard
Directions
- Sift flour, measure and add salt.
- Cut lard into flour and salt with a fork or pastry blender until the crumbs are course and granular.
- Cover and place in refrigerator until ready to use.
