Orange Frosting

Ingredients

  • 3 pound confectioners' sugar, (2 1/4 quarts)
  • 3/4 cup evaporated milk
  • 6 tablespoon orange juice
  • 3/4 tablespoon grated orange rind

Directions

  1. Sift sugar into bowl.
  2. Add milk, orange juice and rind and beat until well blended.
  3. Use about 2 teaspoons frosting for each cup cake.
