Mousselaine Sauce
Ingredients
- 4 eggs, well beaten till light; add slowly
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoon brandy
- 1 cup heavy cream, beaten stiff
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
- Cook the eggs, powdered sugar and brandy over range 5 minutes, stirring.
- Set in pan of ice-water and beat till cold.
- Then add the cream, vanilla and a pinch of salt!.
