Blueberry Delight
Ingredients
- 16 graham crackers
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 2 eggs
- 8 ounce cream cheese
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1 No.303 can blueberry, pie mix
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
Directions
- Make crust of: graham crackers, butter, sugar.
- Mix: eggs, sugar, cream cheese.
- Spread the mixture over the top of the crust and bake at 325f for 20 minutes.
- Whip cream, fold in blueberries, and lemon juice.
- Spread filling over cooled pie crust.
- Chill.
- Serve.
