Bettina's Confectioner Icing

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon extract
  • 1 cup powdered sugar

Directions

  1. Mix the cream and extracts.
  2. Gradually add the powdered sugar sifted through a strainer.
  3. Add enough sugar to form a creamy icing which will easily spread upon the cake.
  4. More than a cup of sugar may be needed.
