Bean Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 cup kidney beans
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup celery, cut fine
  • 3 tablespoon chopped pickle
  • 2 tablespoon nut meats
  • 1/3 cup salad dressing
  • 2 pieces of lettuce

Directions

  1. Mix the beans, celery, nut meats, green pepper, pickles and salt.
  2. Add the salad dressing.
  3. Serve very cold on lettuce leaves.
