Baked Macaroni and Cheese

Yield: 6 - 8 servings

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Cook macaroni in boiling, salted water according to package directions.
  2. Drain.
  3. Set oven for moderate, 375f.
  4. Melt butter or margarine; blend in flour.
  5. 1 teaspoon salt, and pepper.
  6. Add milk; cook over low heat until smooth and thickened, stirring constantly.
  7. Add cheese, onion, mustard, and worcestershire sauce; continue to cook until cheese melts.
  8. Add macaroni.
  9. Pour into a greased 2- quart casserole.
  10. Top with crumbs.
  11. Bake about 25 minutes or until browned.
